On the 21st of October, the Chaine dinner amical took place at The Maine Street Eatery, Studio One Hotel, Studio City, Dubai. Cousin of the original, award-winning MAINE OYSTER BAR & GRILL in JBR, the newest member of this growing family of New England Brasseries.

The event was another splendid evening organized by the team at Maine. Everyone enjoyed the excellent food and carefully selected wine pairing.
The canapes were delicious and the highlight was the Wagyu rib eye with bone marrow which was succulent and mouse watering.
