On 22 June, 2019 the first summer Chaine event took place at MINA BRASSERIE, Four Seasons Hotel, DIFC – a lively and modern space to feast on delicious brasserie-style plates, crafted by award-winning Chef Michael Mina.
Upon arrival we were welcomed by a beautiful selection of canapés and Prosecco at the terrace which was packed with the 65 members and guests who joined the event.

Once we sat for the dinner Mrs. Eleanor Brodie, Chancelier, Commandeur welcomed all guests and invited Mrs. Christina Purba, Four Season’s Senior Marketing Director for an opening speech. Then Chef Nicola Rossi and Ms Kristina Milanovic introduced us to the menu and wine pairing. We were all excited to start this mouth watering journey.

At the end Mr. Philippe Gassmann, former Bailli Délégué of Poland, who just landed in the UAE this week gave the appreciation to all the kitchen and service teams. Members and their guests thoroughly enjoyed the easy hospitality, attention to details and the excellent food and wine.
