On July 22nd 2017, the UAE BAILLIAGE was taken by surprise at Ossiano, Atlantis the palm with a lunch themed after the lost city of Atlantis..

Members and guests were welcomed by Perrier Jouet Champagne served with carefully selected canapés and a Bloody Oyster tray that was served with Bloody Mary shooters.

With stunning views of the Ambassador Lagoon and surrounded by amazing marine life we were escorted to our tables to enjoy this spectacular view throughout the lunch.

Chef Gregoire designed his menu to take us on a delightful cruise through this lost city of Atlantis.

The evening was concluded by an appreciation made for the first time by a non-member Ms. Hala Mansour from Emirates Airlines with special thanks to the Kitchen Brigade and the Service Brigade who gave us an unforgettable experience, highlighting how the wines paired seamlessly with very excellent course and how the service was exemplary.

It was great to be back at Ossiano since our last visit in 2011. Our members and guests thoroughly enjoyed it and for those who had not been there before it was a perfect opportunity for them to better understand the concept and style of this award winning restaurant. It was a perfect example of the immense work and attention to details that went into every dish brought out to the table.
