Zest Garden, Al Ain Rotana, Al Ain

The delightful setting of Al Ain Rotana’s Zest Garden provided the perfect venue for our outdoor dîner amical, now that the cooler evenings have replaced the summer’s sweltering heat.

Executive Chef Mirco Nocchetti with his talented kitchen team had prepared for us a superb and inspired experience of his native Umbrian cuisine, accompanied by a selection of carefully matched Italian wines. The mood was set with an excellent DOCG Valdobbiadene Prosecco as aperitif, and during the course of the meal the hotel’s pianist and violinist supplied an elegant accompanyment to our enjoyment. The twenty-four strong service crew were impeccably well drilled, and dressed in white in keeping with the theme of the event.

Altogether this was a very relaxing and enjoyable evening, and every credit goes to Al Ain Rotana’s many staff and management who had worked so hard to bring it to success.
