1. To secure reservations, payment must be received within 72 hours of the event. 

2. Bookings can only be made for a current event; it is not possible to book in advance for future events. Reservations for the next event may be made from the morning after the current month’s function. Bookings should be made by email to [email protected] or preferably through the website’s booking system.

Payment can be made either by credit card via email to [email protected] or cheque, payable to “Chaine Emirates FZ LLC” and mailed to Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, P.O. Box 2331, Dubai.

3. In the event that members are forced to cancel, a refund will only be made if the cancellation is received at least 36 hours prior to the event.
