BOOKING CONDITIONS
1. To secure reservations, payment must be received within 72 hours of the event. Failing this, bookings will automatically be cancelled and members on the waiting list will be given an opportunity to take up these places.
2. Bookings can only be made for a current event and it is not possible to book in advance for future events. Reservations for the next event may be made from the morning after the current month’s function. Bookings should be made by email to eventsdxb@chaineuae.com or preferably through the website’s booking system.
Payment can be made either by credit card via email to eventsdxb@chaineuae.com or cheque, payable to “Chaine Emirates FZ LLC” and mailed to Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, P.O. Box 2331, Dubai.
3. In the event that members are forced to cancel, a refund will only be made if the cancellation is received at least 36 hours prior to the event.
