An Al Fresco Evening with Mediterranean Flavours

Join us later this month to enjoy the cooler evenings in the spacious grounds of Radisson Blu Al Ain!  The hotel’s Elevation band will be joining us to provide a musical accompaniment while we enjoy our November dîner amical on the Makani terrace.

Some of our members will remember the many excellent Chaîne events that we have had in the past at this lovely hotel, which used to be Al Ain Hilton and is one of Abu Dhabi’s heritage hotels.  We are delighted to be returning again after a few years, during which time the hotel has been benefiting from a programme of refurbishment that leaves it looking like new.  The chef and his team are preparing a delicious Mediterranean-themed menu with a focus that includes Greek inspirations, and needless to say we shall make sure that the champagne and wines will be a perfect pairing for the gastronomic pleasures.

The event will be at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday 23rd November 2024, so please join us in Al Ain, and don’t forget to invite some guests to join you!

For those members and guests who would like to stay overnight, there are a number of good hotels within easy reach of Radisson Blu.  Unfortunately Radisson Blu (after offering us very reasonable special rates) have now told us that the hotel is fully booked on the night of our dinner – but please don’t let this put you off from coming to our dinner!  I would suggest five-star Ayla Grand Hotel which is only seven minutes away and offers a room rate of AED 350 for single occupancy or AED 400 for double occupancy (please note: it’s a dry hotel).  In case of queries, the contact person is Mr. George Botros mobile:  055 908 2250.  Or else try Danat Al Ain Resort, which is only five minutes away but rather more expensive.  Please make your room reservations as soon as possible as available rooms seem to be booking up fast.
