Judges kitchen 12.00 – 12.30 pm Arriving and Briefing
Competitors 12.00 – 12.30 pm Arriving and Briefing
Judges tasting 16.00 – 16.30 pm Arriving and Briefing

Competition starts at 13.30pm

  • 30 minutes for Menu Writing
  • 3½ hours for preparing and cooking
  • All professional Judges with Chef Jacket and Chaine
  • The judging sheets will be given to you at the briefing.
