80g Burrat a Cheese
60g Perino Tomato
20ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
20ml Lemon Juice
5g Table salt
- Blend together Avocado , Olive oil,lemon juice and salt.
- Cut the burrata in cubes
- Cut the Perino tomatoes in quarters
- In a flat plate place the burrata cubes, 4 pieces of tomatoes, and some avocado foam. Serve with some extra virgin olive oil.
