Executive Chef Andrea brings the culinary vision with his global experience from Italy, Macao, Spain and Taiwan, all the way to Abu Dhabi. Together with his culinary associates, Chef Andrea has prepared a special inspired menu combining various cooking techniques, textures and flavors. Key to our dining enjoyment is, of course the service standard, this is led by the talents of Dir. Food & Beverage Ivan Musoni who is dedicated to delivering a personalized and discrete level of excellence.
