Brasserie Boulud was awarded a Bib Gourmand in the 2022 edition of Michelin Guide Dubai and also a Chef’s Toque in the first edition of the acclaimed Gault & Millau UAE Guide.

Chef-owner Daniel Boulud is a French chef and restauranteur, with 2 Michelin Stars (for Restaurant Daniel in New York). Chef de Cuisine Nicolas Lemoyne has more than 15 years of experience under his chef’s apron, including working at Restaurant Daniel.
