Sontaya meaning sunset in Thai, is the seductively beautiful venue at The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort that is set amongst a series of floating pavilions that look out to the beach and across the turquoise Arabian Gulf. Featuring enchanting ambience and flavorsome fare, the pavilions and terraces overlooking shimmering pools exude tranquility and romance. A specially crafted menu Created by Chef Narongrit Thongwijit, each dish features a mix of cooking styles and unique presentation which will be accompanied exclusively with five different Champagnes, from The famous Champagne House of Perrier-Jouët.

This is an event not to be missed, especially for lovers of Champagne and South East Asian cuisine.
