We are delighted to present our latest event at the newly opened Martabaan Restaurant at the Emirates Palace Hotel. Martabaan is the concept of Chef Hemant Oberoi. Chef Oberoi is known throughout the world as the hero who saved the lives of many people, now featured in the recent movie, Hotel Mumbai, which depicts the tragic events that took place some years ago in the Taj Mahal Palace Hotel.

We will be featuring two wines for each group of courses, so we can appreciate and compare classic wines such as Sancerre, Chablis, and Côte-Rôtie, with their modern counterparts. The chef has put together beautiful and subtly spiced dishes that allow the character of the wines to shine through.
